Volkswagen Referral Rewards

By participating in the Volkswagen Referral Rewards Programme ("Programme"), you ("Referrer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• 1.1 The Programme is only open to individuals who are aged 18 years or above and holds a valid driver's license.

• 1.2 The Referrer is an existing owner of a Volkswagen car purchased from an authorised Volkswagen Dealer.
• 1.3 Employees of Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("VPCM") and its authorised Dealer Partners ("Dealers"), as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process

• 2.1 The Referrer must obtain consent from the Referred Person ("Referee") before sharing their personal data.

• 2.2 The Referee is not an existing owner of a Volkswagen vehicle.
• 2.3 A successful referral is deemed complete only when the Referee completes the required transaction or action as specified in the Programme details.

3. Rewards

• 3.1 Rewards are non-transferable and has an expiry (expiry date is indicated in the VW Cares App voucher(s)).

• 3.2 Rewards are non-exchangeable for cash.
• 3.3 VPCM reserves the right to modify or substitute the reward without prior notice.

4. Personal Data Protection

• 4.1 By participating in this Programme, both the Referrer and Referee agree that their personal data will be collected, used, and processed by VPCM & Dealers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).

• 4.2 The personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this Programme, including verifying eligibility, processing rewards, and communicating with participants.
• 4.3 VPCM & Dealers will not disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
• 4.4 Participants may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of their personal data by contacting info@vw.com.my.

5. General Terms

• 5.1 This Programme starts effective 10th March 2025 onwards. 

• 5.2 VPCM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Programme at any time without prior notice.
• 5.3 Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the Programme.
• 5.4 The decision of VPCM on all matters related to this Programme is final and binding.
• 5.5 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

By participating in this Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

*Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the vehicle registration date.
