  • This lubricant care service voucher is applicable for Volkswagen cars that are 5 years and older only. 

  • Customers can enjoy savings of up to RM200 with this voucher and this is redeemable at all authorised Volkswagen Service Centres nationwide. 

  • This offer is applicable to parts and lubricants as per stated, excluding labour charges and additional repairs.

  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) and its authorised dealers reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  1. How do I access the Volkswagen Cares App to get my voucher?
     Download the Volkswagen Cares App from the App Store (for iOS), Huawei Gallery or Google Play Store (for Android). Once installed, log in to your account, and navigate to the "My Vouchers" section to find your exclusive lubricant services voucher.
  2. Can I share the voucher with others?
     The voucher is tied to your account and vehicle. It cannot be transferred or shared with others.
  3. What types of services are included in the lubricant services voucher?
     The voucher can be used for lubricant-related services, such as oil changes and lubricant refills, at authorised Volkswagen Service Centres. Please check with your preferred Volkswagen service centre for a full list of eligible services.
  4. Will I receive a physical voucher or is it purely digital?
     The voucher is digital and can be accessed directly through the "My Vouchers" section in the Volkswagen Cares App. No physical voucher will be issued.
  5. Can I use the voucher for other types of maintenance or services?
     No, the voucher is specifically for lubricant services. Other types of maintenance or services are not covered under this offer. Please visit any authorised Volkswagen service centre for more details as to the promotions of the month that may meet your expectations. 
  6. Can I redeem the voucher if my vehicle has already received lubricant services recently?
     Yes, the voucher can be redeemed even if your vehicle has recently received lubricant services, as long as it falls within the voucher's terms and conditions. Please confirm with our authorised Volkswagen service centre for eligibility.
  7. What should I do if I face issues redeeming the voucher at a service centre?
     If you encounter any problems while redeeming your voucher, please reach out to our Volkswagen cares ambassadors at any authorised Volkswagen service centre for assistance.
  8. Is the offer applicable for all vehicle models?
     The offer is available for Volkswagen vehicles aged 5 years and older. Please check your vehicle's eligibility in the "My Vouchers" section of the app.
  9. Can I use the voucher for a family or friends' Volkswagen vehicle?
     The voucher is only available for the account holder's vehicle. It is tied to the owner's specific account and the VIN number of the vehicle, and cannot be used for vehicles registered under different owners.
  10. What if my vehicle is eligible but the voucher doesn't show up in my app?
     If the voucher doesn't appear in your app, make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, kindly write to Volkswagen customer care HERE→ or contact us at 1-800-18-8947 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
  11. Is there a limit to how many vouchers I can redeem?
     Each Volkswagen owner is eligible for one voucher per eligible vehicle. Additional vouchers cannot be redeemed for the same vehicle.
  12. Do I need to book an appointment before visiting Volkswagen service centre?
     It is recommended to book an appointment in advance with your authorised Volkswagen service centre to ensure availability of the service. You may book for an appointment via the VW Cares App.
  13. Does this offer replace my service maintenance?
    This is a separate ad-hoc offer and does not replace your standard service maintenance schedule. Please continue to adhere to your standard service maintenance schedule as recommended.
