Terms & Conditions

• Service Vouchers are redeemable from the 5th year of service onwards (based on actual vehicle registration date).
• Discounts on Schedule Service only, as per Volkswagen Standard Maintenance Schedule (Inclusive of parts and labour).
• Wear and Tear parts and parts not included on the Volkswagen Standard Maintenance Schedule, inclusive of labour are NOT covered.
• Road Side Assistance will be renewed upon service voucher utilization.
• First Service Voucher enables the activation of the first year Road Side Assistance renewal (applicable for 12 months) ("First" RSA").
• Second Service Voucher enables the activation of the second year Road Side Assistance renewal (applicable for 12 months) ("Second" RSA").
• The First RSA and Second RSA shall collectively be deemed as the Roadside Assistance ("RSA") . The terms of the RSA shall only apply and be limited to the terms of this VCP terms & conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the applicability period of 12 months under each of the RSA shall not be taken in conjunction and/or in aggregate with the applicability period of any other roadside assistance service (or similar services) offered under any other Volkswagen programmes, products or services which are applicable to you (as the case may be). Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("VPCM") reserves the right to determine , amend or vary (where applicable) any of the terms & conditions of the RSA under this VCP terms & conditions.
• Battery jump start will be for entire Malaysia. Battery onsite replacement is only for Klang Valley (for cash job only), if the Battery Test confirms defective.
• For cash battery replacement, if the Battery Test confirms battery defective, it is replaced onsite (Klang Valley only), after quoting the customer. Invoice billed to customer, directly by Road Side Assistance (not by dealer). If the Battery Test result says recharge, the vehicle will be jump started and the customer will be referred to the authorised Volkswagen dealer for further testing.
• Warranty replacement for batteries, will be carried out by the Volkswagen Dealer, after completing the diagnostic evaluation. The vehicle will be jump started and the customer will be referred to the Volkswagen Authorised  Dealer for further testing.
• Not valid for use in conjunction with other promotions, for the same parts as stipulated in the Volkswagen Standard Maintenance Schedule.
• Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) reserves the right to change the above without prior notice.
