We believe loyalty deserves meaningful rewards. That's why the Volkswagen Loyalty Advantage gives you up to 40% savings* on parts starting from 4th scheduled service maintenance.

These savings are our way of making ownership more rewarding while keeping your Volkswagen performing at its best.

*Savings vary depending on model and year of service. All Volkswagen original replacement parts carry a parts warranty for a period of 2 years with unlimited mileage, from the date of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

The discount applies exclusively to Volkswagen scheduled service maintenance, applicable to parts only and excluding labour fees.
Wear-and-tear parts are not included, as per Volkswagen scheduled maintenance service.
The support amount may vary based on the respective models. Kindly refer to the T&Cs stated on the Volkswagen Cares App upon voucher redemption.
The voucher must be redeemed via the Volkswagen Cares App and presented at the time of service.
Repairs must be completed at any authorised Volkswagen service centre within the validity period of the program.
This voucher is valid only for the models explicitly listed and does not apply to any other models.
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) and/or its authorised dealers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
